Relocation of Hywel Dda University Health Board clinics
From 1 June 2026, some clinics operated by Hywel Dda University Health Board will temporarily relocate to Canolfan Pentre Awel while new healthcare facilities are being prepared.
During this interim period, the clinics will be based just off the main atrium within the building. Patients attending appointments are advised to allow extra time to familiarise themselves with the new location.
Upon entering through the main doors into Canolfan, the clinics can be found on the right-hand side, as shown in the image below.
If you require assistance on arrival, members of staff will be available to help direct you to the clinic area.
